Cookie policy
What are cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. This policy explains the cookies on this website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.
The cookies we use
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the shop. Under UK rules these do not need your consent.
- **sessionid**: remembers your basket and chosen collection date while you shop. It is removed after up to 2 weeks.
- **csrftoken**: protects the checkout and other forms from being submitted by another website. It lasts up to a year.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use social media or advertising tags. Analytics cookies are separate and optional: see below. The only other exception is the map on the Contact page: it is only loaded if you press "Show the map", and it is Google's map, which may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Analytics cookies (optional)
If you press Accept on the cookie banner, we use PostHog to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from and how they move around the site, so we can improve it. This sets a cookie (its name starts with ph_ and ends with _posthog) that lasts up to a year. We do not use it for advertising.
You can say no, and the shop works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
Payment
When you pay, you are sent to SumUp's secure payment page. That page belongs to SumUp and may set its own cookies. See SumUp's cookie policy for details.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, the basket and checkout will not work. For help, see aboutcookies.org.
